Consent to the Handling of Personal Information

By applying to use this Service, the User agrees that the Company may handle the User’s personal information obtained in connection with the use of this Service as set forth below, while implementing appropriate measures to protect such information.

Article 1 (Purposes of Use of Personal Information)

The Company acquires and uses the User’s personal information for the following purposes:

1. User account management and customer support

2. Shipping products and other items to Users

3. Planning and conducting advertising, promotional activities, sales solicitations, campaigns, and similar activities

4. Publishing web magazines, preparing and distributing email newsletters, and conducting surveys

5. Marketing activities using information processed so that individuals cannot be identified

6. Providing other content related to this Service

Article 2 (Outsourcing of Personal Information Processing)

The Company may outsource all or part of the processing of the User’s personal information to third-party service providers within the scope necessary to achieve the purposes of use set forth in Article 1.

The Company will select service providers that maintain an appropriate level of protection and will enter into agreements with such service providers concerning the handling and protection of personal information.

Article 3 (Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties)

The Company will not disclose or provide personal information obtained from Users to any third party, except in the following cases:

1. As provided for in the preceding Article

2. When the User has given prior consent

3. When the information has been processed into statistical data in a manner that does not allow the User to be identified

4. When the joint use or provision of User information to a third party is permitted under applicable laws and regulations, or when disclosure or provision of User information is required by law

5. When requested by a court, police department, national government agency, local government authority, or other public authority

6. When the Company determines that there is a risk of harm to the life, body, or property of the User

7. When personal information is disclosed to a payment service provider for the purposes of identity verification, billing address verification, credit assessment, or other procedures relating to payment processing

8. In any other case where the provision of personal information is permitted under the Act on the Protection of Personal Information or other applicable laws and regulations

Article 4 (Voluntary Provision of Personal Information)

All personal information acquired by the Company is provided voluntarily by the User.

Please note, however, that if the User does not provide information designated as mandatory, the Company may be unable to provide the Service to the User.

Article 5 (Requests and Inquiries Regarding Personal Information)

At the request of the User, the Company will respond, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, to requests concerning personal information held by the Company, including notification of the purposes of use, disclosure, correction, addition or deletion of information, suspension of use, erasure, and suspension of provision to third parties.
