Cancellations, Returns, Exchanges, and Repairs

As a general rule, we do not accept returns after an order has been placed, except as expressly provided below.

Please note that the colors and appearance of products shown on this website may differ slightly from the actual products due to photography, lighting conditions, display settings, or other factors. Such differences do not constitute grounds for a return, exchange, or refund.

However, if a product is damaged during delivery, if an incorrect product has been delivered, or if there is another issue attributable to us, we will accept a return, exchange, or repair, as appropriate.

If a product has been damaged during delivery or an incorrect product has been delivered, please contact us before returning the product. Return shipping costs in such cases will be borne by us.

You must contact us at info@soshiotsuki.jp within 7 days of receiving the product.

Please note that we are unable to accept any return, exchange, or repair request made more than 7 days after delivery, even if the product remains unopened.

Any return, exchange, repair, or refund will be handled in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
